The powerful flow of water through the forest before it drops down over, what is know as the Grotto near Fitzroy Falls in Morton National Park.
Some years ago on my first visit to the Grotto I captured an image, which has been a favourite of mine. That day it was a tiny drizzle running over the rocks, so to return and view how intense and powerful the flow can be during rain, was nothing short of incredible.
This image is captured a couple of days into the extreme rain storm event of March 2021.
