On the Icefjord amongst the iceberg in the light of the midnight sun.
It’s incredible, it’s magical. I continuously had to pinch myself to check that I truely was there and it wasn’t a dream.
The Ilulissat Icefjord is one of the northernmost UNESCO World Heritage sites. It’s the sea mouth of the Sermeq Kujalleq glacier, which is one of the few glaciers where the ice cap reaches the sea. It’s from this glacier, that the icebergs in the fjord have been calved.
