Seal pup

On the beach, at the northernmost point in Denmark, it’s possible to encounter these beautiful seals. I believe this is what’s known as a Common seal.
This little pup was laying still, waiting for it’s mum, while she was out in the sea hunting for food.
The seals in the area seem to have become so used to humans that it’s easy to get very close to them, but the public is being made aware to keep a distance to protection the animals.
It’s extremely special for me to have a wildlife encounter like this.
