Tower Bridge has to be London’s most famous landmark and it’s easy to see why. It’s such a spectacular structure and at night it’s nothing short of stunning. It’s very hard to stop photographing it.
Construction of the bridge was completed in 1894, creating a crossing over the Thames river close to the historical royal palace “Tower of London”.
It is a busy place, both on and around the bridge, so it can be a little tricky not to get unwanted objects into the frame when photographing it. I chose to capture this image later in the evening, which helped avoiding too much traffic.
